Overview

The PT Head Control Plugin is a DashBoard application that enables you to control supported robotic Pan & Tilt heads (PT heads). You can control PT heads manually, and store and recall presets.

In addition to performing pan and tilt motions, the DashBoard PT Head Control Plugin enables you to control lens and camera functions such as zoom, focus, iris, and paint settings.

This manual describes how to set up your system for use with the PT Head Control Plugin.

Documentation Conventions

This guide assumes you are using a touch-screen. The guide includes instructions to tap user interface elements. If you are using a mouse instead of a touch screen, click the mouse instead of tapping.

Menu arrows are used in procedures to identify a sequence of menu items that you must follow. For example, if a step reads “ Server > Save As ,” you would tap the Server menu and then tap Save As .
