The camera can be controlled over a serial connection to the REMOTE1 port either by a remote control unit or a device using standard RS-232.
On the AC-H200-UCHR the RS-232C/RU switch at the back of the camera must be set to RU for communications with a remote control unit, or RS-232C for communications with a device using the RS-232C transmission standard.
On the AC-Z50-UCHR to switch between communications with a remote unit or RS-232C you must remove the side plate of the camera and set a switch on the rear board inside the camera.
