You need the IP address of your camera to connect to it manually from DashBoard.

Click File > New >
Other....

Expand the Camera Control folder.

Select New Camera and click Next.

In the IP Address field, enter the IP address of the camera.

Click Finish.
The camera appears in the Tree View.
