  The SDPE blades can be moved to different slots in the Ultrix™ chassis or assigned different ME numbers.
  - To Assign the SDPE to a Slot
    Assign the SDPE blade to the slot it is installed in and the ME you want to use if for.
- SDPE Reboot
  Manually reboot an SDPE blade.

SDPE Slot

The SDPE blades can be moved to different slots in the Ultrix™ chassis or assigned different ME numbers.

Important: Contact Ross Video Technical Support before moving a blade to a different slot.

Important: Factory default does not support SDPE blades in custom slots. If you perform a factory default with SDPE blades not it their default slots, you must reconfigure the SDPE blades to regain ME functionality.

Note: If you change the position of an SDPE blade, you must update the router database for the new location of the inputs and outputs.
