Total PGM Delay

The Total PGM Delay is the total delay time, in seconds, applied to the audio/video stream by the system between the PGM IN and the PGM OUT. If you have a single user, the entire delay time is applied to them. If you have two users, the delay time is divided between the two users with the USER 2 DELAY parameter determining how much of the total delay is allocated to User 2.
