Transitions

Press Insert Event > Special.

Command Description
AuxKey Cut Cut an AuxKey on or off.
AuxKey Trans Transition an AuxKey on or off.
AuxKey Rate Set the AuxKey transition rate. Use the AuxKey Rate knob to select the rate for the transition.
Key Over Select a Key Priority transition for the selected ME. Select the ME that you want to perform a key priority transition for and use the Active knob to turn key over on (Enable) or off (Disable).
Keys Cut Cut keys on or off on a particular ME.
Keys Include Set what keys are selected on the Next Transition area of the ME depending on the current state of the key. Select either the A-Side (Bkgd A) or B-Side (Bkgd B) of a split ME that you want to perform the next transition on, and then select whether a key is included in the next transition only if the key is currently on-air (Key X Off) or only included if the key is currently off-air (Key X On). If you need to set both the A-Side and B-Side, you must create separate CC events.
Keys Trans Transition keys on or off on a particular ME.
Preset Bkgd Select a Preset Background for the selected ME. Select the ME that you want to use a preset background transition for and use the Active knob to turn preset background on (Enable) or off (Disable).
Roll Clip Turn on roll clip for the selected ME. Select the ME that you want to use roll clip on and use the Active knob to turn roll clip on (Enable) or off (Disable).
Set PST Bkgd Xpt Select the source used for the Preset Background transition. Use the XPT knob to select the source you want to use for the Preset Background transitions.
Trans Limit Turn on the transition limit for the selected ME. Select the ME that you want to activate the transition limit for and use the Active knob to turn transition limit on (Enable) or off (Disable).
Trans Select Set what is selected on the Next Transition area of the ME. You can set up the next transition selections for both the A-Side (Bkgd A) and B-Side (Bkgd B) of a split ME. Select the background or keys that you want to include with the next transition.
Trans Type Set the transition type on the Next Transition area of the ME. Select the ME that you want to perform the transition on and use the Trans Type knob to select the type of transition.
