Loading Media Files
Media files are stored on the hard drive and loaded into the Media-Store caches when needed. Media files can be loaded either by navigating to the file on the hard drive, or by entering the media number on the memory keypad. The length of time it takes to load a file depends on the size of the file, and/or the length of the animation. If you are working with a number of large media files, you may have to clear the cache before you load a new file.
If there is an audio file with the same name (and in the same directory) as the video file, it is loaded at the same time as the video. Video files with associated audio files have a small speaker image on the thumbnail. Audio and video files do not need to be the same length.
