To Assign an Input Processor to an Input

If you do not have all the CUF3-ADD-I/OPLUS options installed, you must assign an Input Processor to the Input that you want to apply video processing to.

Tip: Refer to I/O Groups for information on how IO Groups are used in the switcher. The IO Group Help button also provides a quick reference guide.
  1. Click Navigation Menu > Configuration > Reference > Input Proc.

Tip: The number of used Input Processors is shown at the top of the menu.
  2. Click the Input Proc X button for the Input Processor that you want to apply to an input. Video inputs are arranged by the slot the board is in and the I/O Group on that board that the input is in. For example, IO Group 2:2 represents inputs 13-24 in I/O Group 2 on the board in slot 2.

  3. Assign the selected Input Processor to the video input you want to apply video processing to.
Tip: Menus show the mnemonic name and not the actual designation shown on the input BNC. Refer to the Input menu for the mapping of physical inputs to mnemonic names.
