Customize RO Columns

You can select which columns to show in the RO Viewer, as well as their order of display and width. The Settings & About screen contains the controls to RO Viewer column visibility and order. Column width is set in the RO Viewer.

Visibility​

You can choose to display or hide most of the RO Viewer columns. The Slug and Ribbon columns are static and always displayed in the RO Viewer.

To change column visibility

  1. In the bottom toolbar, tap img Settings.

  2. In the RUNNING ORDER COLUMNS section of the Settings & About screen, tap Column visibility and order.

  3. In the Running Order Columns screen, tap the slider to the right of the column to change visibility in the RO Viewer.

    • img — display the column in the RO Viewer.

    • img — hide the column from the RO Viewer.

  4. Tap < Done in the titlebar.

  5. In the Save Changes to Rundown alert, tap Yes to save your column visibility changes. Tap No to discard your column visibility changes.

Order​

You can reorder of most RO Viewer columns. Only the Slug column must remain as the first column displayed in RO Viewer.

To change column order

  1. In the bottom toolbar, tap img Settings.

  2. In the RUNNING ORDER COLUMNS section of the Settings & About screen, tap Column visibility and order.

  3. In the Running Order Columns screen, tap and hold on the column to reorder in the RO Viewer.

  4. Drag the column a new position in the RO Viewer.

  5. Lift your finger to place the column at the current position.

  6. Tap < Done in the titlebar.

  7. In the Save Changes to Rundown alert, tap Yes to save your column order changes. Tap No to discard your column order changes.

Width​

You can change the width of most RO Viewer columns. The Ribbon column is the only column you cannot resize.

To change column width

  1. Open a running order in the RO Viewer.

  2. On the name of the column to resize, tap and hold until the Column Width slider opens.

  3. Drag the slider left or right to reduce or enlarge the width of the column.

  4. Tap img Revert to return the column to its default width.

  5. Tap img Close to close the Column Width slider.
