You can set the scaling used for the HDR conversion. These values are applied universally when video is converted from one range to another.

To Set the Scaling for Dynamic Range Conversion

You can set the scaling used for the HDR conversion. These values are applied universally when video is converted from one range to another.

Press HOME > Setup > Installation > More > Reference > Dynamic Range.
Use the Convert from knob to select the range you will be converting from.
Use the Convert to knob to select the range you will be converting to.
Use the Gain knob to select the linear optical scale you want to use for this conversion.

Note: Only supported conversions are shown.

Tip: Press Default to return the scale back to the default value.
Repeat this procedure for each conversion scenario you want to adjust the linear scaling for.
