Browse Assignments Folders
Inception systems routinely contain a very large number of assignments. Folders in the Assignment Browser can help organize assignments to match your workflow, and enable quicker assignment access.
Users must have permission to view folders. Administrators can set user permissions for individual folders.
To browse assignments folders

Tap Folders above the Assignments list.
The Assignment Browser displays the available folders.

In the Folders list, tap the Folder whose contents you want to view.
The Assignments list displays the assignments contained in the selected folder. The titlebar displays the folder name.

You can navigate the Folders list as follows:

Tap an assignment to view details about the selected assignment in the Assignment Viewer. For information on viewing assignment details, refer to the View Assignment Details topic.

Tap Folders in the titlebar to return to the Folders list.

Tap < (Back) in the titlebar to return to the previous screen.

Control Content Display Level
By default, selecting a folder only displays the assignments directly contained in the folder. The Assignments list does not display assignments contained in sub-folders. You can select the level of assignments displayed by the Assignments list. The available display levels are as follows:

Only display the assignments directly contained in the selected folder.

Display the assignments contained in the selected folder and the assignments contained in all the sub-folders within the selected folder.
To control the assignment display level

Tap Folders above the Assignments list.
The Assignment Browser displays the available folders.

Tap the Show content in subdirectories slider to toggle the display of assignments in sub-folders as follows:
