Fader Source AFV Trigger

You can now force the AFV Trigger for an audio fader to follow (Fader Src) the video source that the audio fader is assigned to. When Fader Src is toggles on for an audio fader, the AFV Trigger setting will change to whatever the Fader Source is set to.
