System Status

The status menu shows information for various components of the system.

General



  • Software Version — the current version of the software running on the system.
  • Current OS Version — the current version of the running on the system is compatible with the software.
  • Serial Number — the serial number of the audio processor board.
    Note:
    If you are asked for the Serial Number of your system, it can be found on a label affixed to the chassis. The Serial Number on the menu is used to identify the audio processor board that is installed in the system.
  • Engine Type — the model of frame.
  • IP Address — the control port IP address of the system.
  • Video Reference Source — the source of video reference to the system (internal/external).
  • Audio Reference — status of whether the system has locked to the reference format.
  • DashBoard Port — the local and NAT network port that the system is listening on for the main panel.
  • RossTalk Server Port — the network port that the system is listening on for RossTalk commands.
    Note:
    You can disable RossTalk control from the Access page (Click Navigation Menu > Configuration > System > Access). Click Off for RossTalk.
  • Temperature — status of the ambient temperature in the frame.
  • CPU Temperature (C) — the temperature of the frame CPU in degrees Celsius.
  • MADI SFP — status of whether or not an SFP module is installed in the MADI port.
  • This DashBoard Connection — the IP address and port of the DashBoard system you are currently using to connect to the system.
  • DashBoard Connections — the IP addresses of all the DashBoard connections to the system.
    Note:
    The system supports a maximum of 20 DashBoard connections at any one time. If there are already the maximum number of connections to a system you will not be able to connect to it.

Versions

  • Click Navigation Menu > Status / Power > Versions


Software Versions:

  • Software — the current version of the software running on the system.
  • OS — the current version of operating system running on the system.
  • Audio FPGA — the current version of software running on the audio processor FPGA.

Hardware Revisions:

  • Hardware — the hardware revision of the frame.

Serial Numbers:

  • Baseboard — serial number of the audio processor board.
