AirCleaner Hardware Control Panel

The AirCleaner Hardware Control Panel provides a simple two-button interface (one button for Video, the other for Audio) that sits on a desktop and is connected to the AirCleaner-2 chassis via a DB9 cable.

Tip: A software-based AirCleaner Virtual Control Panel is available in DashBoard with AirCleaner-2.

The AirCleaner Hardware Control Panel is used to trigger the video and/or audio concealment in the event of a visual or aural offense. Pressing the specific button (AUDIO or VIDEO) will trigger AirCleaner-2 to conceal the content according to how the AirCleaner is configured. The concealment will continue for the duration the button is held down.

The AirCleaner Hardware Control Panel communicates to the AirCleaner-2 chassis over a standard GPI connection. The AirCleaner Hardware Control Panel ships with a 33-foot shielded cable for connection to the GPI connector on the AirCleaner-2 chassis.
