Input Media-Stores
Video inputs must be configured as a Media-Store for that Media-Store channel to be available as a source.
The Media-Store uses the video input and the FSFC resources assigned to that input. An input assigned to a Media-Store cannot be used to pass SDI video into the switcher or used for FSFC or Delay.
Each input has a corresponding Media-Store channel. When an input is configured as a Media-Store, you can load media items into that input and take it as a source on a bus.
Note: In UHDTV1 you must assign an Input FSFC to an SDI input before you can configure the input as a Media-Store.
To Configure an Input as a Media-Store
Configure an external input as a Media-Store.
Note: If you do not have the CUFR-ADD-FSFC option activated, an FSFC must be assigned to the input first.
- Click Navigation Menu > Configuration > Inputs > External.
- Click the Configure button for the input you want to configure as a Media-Store.
-
Click Still.
The media item loaded into the Media-Store channel (Input X) is displayed when that input is taken on a bus.
