System Timing

General system timing characteristics:

• All video inputs zero time relative to reference input, auto timing will correct for inputs out of time by up to +/- 0.25 line.
• System delay is less than 1 line.

The following features will add some delay into the video stream:

• Input FSFCs add 1 Frame of delay to the video passing through the FSFC before video processing.
• DVEs add 1 Frame of delay to the video passing through the DVE.
• Output FCs add 1 Frame of delay to the video passing through the FC after video processing.
