Event Location Description
Panel Attachment — Assign Map Switcher Personality > Panel Attachment > Assign ME Panel Map Assign a panel button attachment map to an ME or MiniME layer.
  1. Click a Panel button to select the panel you want to assign the map to.
  2. Click an ME button to select the layer you want to assign the map to.
  3. Click the Map button and select the map you want to assign to the selected layer.
Panel Attachment — Attachment Switcher Personality > Panel Attachment > Button Assignment Attach a function to a panel button.
  1. Click the Panel button and select the panel you want to use for the attachment.
  2. Click the Map button and select the map you want to use for the attachment.
  3. Click the Panel Area button and select the area on the panel you want to use for the attachment.
  4. Click the Button button and select the button you want to use for the attachment.
  5. Click the Attachment Mode button and select whether the attachment is Pre, Post, or Replace. Use None to remove any attachments.
  6. Click the Attachment button and select the function you want to attach to the selected button.
  7. In the Delay field, enter a delay time between the running of the attached function and default function of the button.
Panel Attachment — Toggle Switcher Personality > Panel Attachment > Attachment Toggle Toggle panel attachments on or off.
  1. Click the Change Type button and select whether you want to set (Absolute) or reset (Reset) the parameter. Some selections will not be available when you reset the parameter.
  2. Click a Value button to select whether the buttons are illuminated (On) or not (Off).
  3. Click a Panel button to select the panel that you want to toggle the attachments on or off.
Personality — Auto Remove Key Switcher Personality > Auto Remove Key Have a key removed from the Next Transition area, so that it is not included in the next transition, after it has been transitioned off-air using the KEY X CUT or KEY X AUTO buttons.
  1. Click the Change Type button and select whether you want to set (Absolute) or reset (Reset) the parameter. Some selections will not be available when you reset the parameter.
  2. Click the Value button and select whether the personality option is on (On) or not (Off).
Personality — Auto Trans Second Press (Key) Switcher Personality > Key Auto Trans 2nd Press Select how the switcher reacts when the KEY AUTO button is pressed during a transition.
  1. Click the Second Auto button and select how the switcher reacts to pressing the button during a transition.
    • Ignore — the buttons are ignored during the transition
    • Halt Forward — halt the transition and move forward through the transition when pressed again
    • Halt Reverse — halt the transition and move backwards through the transition when pressed again
    • Reverse — reverse the transition immediately
    • Cut — cut the transition to the end
Personality — Auto Trans Second Press (ME) Switcher Personality > ME Auto Trans 2nd Press Select how the switcher reacts when the AUTO TRANS button is pressed during a transition.
  1. Click the Second Auto button and select how the switcher reacts to pressing the button during a transition.
    • Ignore — the buttons are ignored during the transition
    • Halt Forward — halt the transition and move forward through the transition when pressed again
    • Halt Reverse — halt the transition and move backwards through the transition when pressed again
    • Reverse — reverse the transition immediately
    • Cut — cut the transition to the end
Personality — Next Trans Reset Switcher Personality > Auto Reset Trans Have the transition area reset to a default background dissolve after each transition.
  1. Click the Change Type button and select whether you want to set (Absolute) or reset (Reset) the parameter. Some selections will not be available when you reset the parameter.
  2. Click the Value button and select whether the personality option is on (On) or not (Off).
Personality — Roll Clip Switcher Personality > Roll Clip Force Select whether the Roll Clip functionality is always on.
  1. Click the ME button and select the area that you want to adjust the roll clip for.
  2. Click a Roll Clip button to select whether Roll Clip is always on (Force) or must be turned on manually (User).
