Event Location Description
Aux Follow Logic Logic > Aux Follow Logic Logical test of whether an aux bus follows a selected program or main bus.
  1. Click the Logic Mode button and select If or Else If as the logical condition.
  2. Click the ME and Bus buttons and select the program or main bus for the aux-follow test (aux-only buses are not offered for this operand).
  3. Click the Operation Type button and select the Equal or Not Equal button as the relation operator.
  4. Click the Aux button and select the aux bus to compare.
Bus Keyer Fly Type Logic Logic > Bus Keyer Fly Type Logic Logical test whether the select keyer is flying.
  1. Click the Logic Mode button and select If or Else If as the logical condition.
  2. Click the ME and Keyer buttons and select the keyer you want to use as the first operand.
  3. Click the Operation Type button and select the Equal or Not Equal button as the relation operator.
  4. Click the Keyer Fly Type button and select whether the key is flying (Fly 2D or 3D) or not (Fly Off) for the condition to be true.
Bus Keyer Type Logic Logic > Bus Keyer Type Logic Logical test of the key type assigned to a keyer.
  1. Click the Logic Mode button and select If or Else If as the logical condition.
  2. Click the ME and Keyer buttons and select the keyer you want to use as the first operand.
  3. Click the Operation Type button and select the Equal or Not Equal button as the relation operator.
  4. Click the Keyer Type button and select the key type for the condition to be true.
Bus On Air Config Logic Logic > Bus On Air Config Logic Logical test whether the area is on air.
  1. Click the Logic Mode button and select If or Else If as the logical condition.
  2. Click the ME button and select the area you want to use as the first operand.
  3. Click the Operation Type button and select the Equal or Not Equal button as the relation operator.
  4. Click the On Air button and select whether the area should be On or Off air for the condition to be true.
Bus On Air Logic Logic > Bus On Air Logic Logical test whether the selected bus is on air.
  1. Click the Logic Mode button and select If or Else If as the logical condition.
  2. Click the ME, Bus/Keyer, and Channel buttons and select the area, bus, and video or alpha channel you want to use as the first operand.
  3. Click the Operation Type button and select the Equal or Not Equal button as the relation operator.
  4. Click the On Air button and select whether the bus should be On or Off air for the condition to be true.
Bus Source Logic Logic > Bus Source Logic Logical test whether a source is selected on a bus.
  1. Click the Logic Mode button and select If or Else If as the logical condition.
  2. Click the ME and Bus/Keyer buttons and select the area and bus you want to use as the first operand.
  3. Click the Operation Type button and select the Equal or Not Equal button as the relation operator.
  4. Click the Source button and select the source you want to use as the second operand.
Bus Transition State Logic Logic > Bus Transition State Logic Logical test whether the key is on or not.
  1. Click the Logic Mode button and select If or Else If as the logical condition.
  2. Click the ME, Keyer, and Channel buttons and select the area, bus, and video or alpha channel you want to use as the first operand.
  3. Click the Operation Type button and select the Equal or Not Equal button as the relation operator.
  4. Click the Active button and select whether the area should be On or Off for the condition to be true.
Else Logic > Else Runs the nested actions under this branch when every preceding If and Else If logic event in the same block returned false. Add this event after the other conditions but before an End If.
End If Logic > End If Closes the conditional block started by an If logic event. Place this event after the last branch (Else If or Else) for that block.
Media Empty Logic Logic > Media Empty Logic Logical test whether a Media​-Store channel is empty.
  1. Click the Logic Mode button and select If or Else If as the logical condition.
  2. Click the Media-Store Channel button and select the Media​-Store channel you want to use as the first operand.
  3. Click the Operation Type button and select the Equal or Not Equal button as the relation operator.
  4. Click the Media Empty button and select whether the channel should be empty (On) or have a media item loaded into it (Off) for the condition to be true.
Media Loaded Logic Logic > Media Loaded Logic Logical test whether a given media item is loaded into a Media​-Store channel.
  1. Click the Logic Mode button and select If or Else If as the logical condition.
  2. Click the Media-Store Channel button and select the Media​-Store channel you want to use as the first operand.
  3. Click the Media Number button and enter the media ID you want to use as the first operand.
  4. Click the Operation Type button and select the Equal or Not Equal button as the relation operator.
  5. Click the Media Loaded button and select whether that media item (media ID) should be loaded into the selected channel (On) or not (Off) for the condition to be true.
Media Playing Logic Logic > Media Playing Logic Logical test whether a Media​-Store channel is playing a media item.
  1. Click the Logic Mode button and select If or Else If as the logical condition.
  2. Click the Media-Store Channel button and select the Media​-Store channel you want to use as the first operand.
  3. Click the Operation Type button and select the Equal or Not Equal button as the relation operator.
  4. Click the Media Playing button and select whether the channel should be playing (On), or stopped (Off) for the condition to be true.
ME Program Feed MW Logic Logic > ME Program Feed MW Logic Logical test whether MediaWipe is on or off for the selected programmable program output.
  1. Click the Logic Mode button and select If or Else If as the logical condition.
  2. Click the Programmable Feed button and select which programmable output you want to use as the first operand.
  3. Click the Operation Type button and select the Equal or Not Equal button as the relation operator.
  4. Click the Media Wipe button and select whether MediaWipe should be On or Off for the condition to be true.
ME Trans Inclusion Logic Logic > ME Trans Inclusion Logic Logical test whether the background or keyers are selected for the next transition.
  1. Click the Logic Mode button and select If or Else If as the logical condition.
  2. Click the ME button and select the area you want to use as the first operand.
  3. Click the Keyer button and select the background (Bkgd) or keyer (Key) you want to use as the first operand.
  4. Click the Operation Type button and select the Equal or Not Equal button as the relation operator.
  5. Click the Included button and select whether the background or key should be selected in the next transition for the condition to be true.
ME Trans Limit Logic Logic > ME Trans Limit Logic Logical test of the transition limit as a percentage.
  1. Click the Logic Mode button and select If or Else If as the logical condition.
  2. Click the ME button and select the area you want to use as the first operand.
  3. Click the Operation Type button and select the Equal or Not Equal button as the relation operator.
  4. In the Trans Limit (%) field enter the transition rate position that should be selected for the condition to be true.
ME Trans Rate Logic Logic > ME Trans Rate Logic Logical test of the transition rate in frames.
  1. Click the Logic Mode button and select If or Else If as the logical condition.
  2. Click the ME button and select the area you want to use as the first operand.
  3. Click the Operation Type button and select the Equal or Not Equal button as the relation operator.
  4. In the Rate (fr) field,enter the background transition rate, in frames, that should be selected for the condition to be true.
ME Trans Rate Variable Logic Logic > ME Trans Rate Variable Logic Logical test that compares a string variable against the transition rate (in frames) of a selected area.
  1. Click the Logic Mode button and select If or Else If as the logical condition.
  2. In the Variable Name field enter the name of the variable you want to use as the first operand.
  3. Click the Operation Type button and select the relation operator (Equal, Not Equal, Less Than, Less Than Equal, Greater Than, Greater Than Equal).
  4. Click the ME button and select the area that the variable is compared against.
ME Trans Type Logic Logic > ME Trans Type Logic Logical test of the transition type selected for the next transition.
  1. Click the Logic Mode button and select If or Else If as the logical condition.
  2. Click the ME button and select the area you want to use as the first operand.
  3. Click the Operation Type button and select the Equal or Not Equal button as the relation operator.
  4. Click the Trans Type button and select the transition type that should be selected for the condition to be true.
Source On Air Logic Logic > Source On Air Logic Logical test whether the source on the selected bus is on air.
  1. Click the Logic Mode button and select If or Else If as the logical condition.
  2. Click the Source button and select the source you want to use as the first operand.
  3. Click the Operation Type button and select the Equal or Not Equal button as the relation operator.
  4. Click the On Air button and select whether the source should be On or Off air for the condition to be true.
Variable Logic Logic > Variable Logic Logical test whether a variable is a specific value.
  1. Click the Logic Mode button and select If or Else If as the logical condition.
  2. In the Variable Name field enter the name of the variable you want to use as the first operand.
  3. Click the Operation Type button and select the relation operator (Equal, Not Equal, Less Than, Less Than Equal, Greater Than, Greater Than Equal, Contains).
  4. In the Value field enter the value that the variable is compared against.
