TouchDrive Dual Boot

Support has been added for the TouchDrive control panel operating in a Dual Boot (TD-Installer) configuration. The Dual Boot configuration has been introduced along with TouchDrive 1.5 and Acuity® 11.0a to allow TouchDrive to operate in either a Carbonite or Acuity® mode.
