An Inception Twitter story consists of up to 140 characters of story text and may also include one image. Twitter stories support the following image file formats:
•.gif — Graphical Interchange Format
•.jpg or .jpeg — Joint Photographic Experts Group
•.png — Portable Network Graphic
•.mp4 or .mov — Video
Twitter supports MP4 and MOV video formats on mobile applications. On the web, Twitter supports the MP4 video format with H264 video and AAC audio compression. You can upload videos up to 512MB in size. Videos can have a maximum length of 2 minutes and 20 seconds.
